A truly exciting, nail-bitting and exhausting netball tournament.  We were one of 16 teams taking part.  Prestbury St Mary's won their mini-league, beating Hester's Way (5,0), Bishop's Cleeve (5,2) and St James' (5,2).  They then went on to the semi-final against League 3 division winners, Lakeside.  This was a very close match.  We won 3-1.  All the girls played well and worked hard as a team.  The final was played in the pouring rain against Woodmancote (League 2 division winners).  St Mary's had their work cut out. The opposition was tough and Woodmancote won 8-1.  The girls played with determination and did themselves proud.  A fantastic team achievement.
