Y5 Trip To Weston-Super-Mare

As part of their Geography topic, Year 5 have been comparing and contrasting Cheltenham and Weston-Super-Mare. We have been looking at maps, and learning about the features and history of both places. On our recent trip to Weston, we looked at Birnbeck Pier, had a talk in the new Grand Pier about the pier’s history, learnt about rays in the SeaQuarium, as well as being able to see all of Weston from the top of the Weston Eye! A fun and educational day was had by all.
